JFS OPS is an Operations Desk product for facilities and workplace teams. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you contact us or report an issue, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Issue reports may also include a phone number or location if you choose to share them.

We do not collect payment details, and there is no public sign-up on this website.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to create and manage the operational requests you submit, and to improve how our systems handle that work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Website submissions are processed through our application infrastructure, which runs on Vercel with data stored in Supabase (Postgres) and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint). Operational request records are held in our Microsoft 365 tenant.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond.

Security

Access to operational data is limited to authenticated staff accounts. Website forms are protected against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
